📘 Introduction: Question Formation & Question Tags
Question Formation (प्रश्न निर्माण) – अंग्रेज़ी में प्रश्न पूछने के विभिन्न तरीके। मुख्यतः Yes/No Questions (जिनका उत्तर हाँ/नहीं में होता है) और Wh-Questions (जो What, Where, When, Why, Who, Whom, Whose, How से शुरू होते हैं)। Question Tags (प्रश्न चिह्न) – छोटे प्रश्न जो कथन के अंत में जोड़े जाते हैं, जिनका उपयोग पुष्टि या सहमति के लिए किया जाता है।
📌 Quick Overview
- 🔹 Yes/No Questions: Helping Verb + Subject + Main Verb? – Is she coming?
- 🔹 Wh-Questions: Wh-word + Helping Verb + Subject + Main Verb? – Where is she going?
- 🔹 Subject Questions: Who/What + Verb? (बिना Helping Verb) – Who called you?
- 🔹 Indirect Questions: किसी प्रश्न को दूसरे वाक्य के अंदर embed करना – I asked where she was.
- 🔹 Question Tags: Auxiliary Verb + Pronoun – You are coming, aren't you?
